Snow Peak is the upscale Japanese outdoor brand whose sprawling Niigata headquarters doubles as a resort, designed by Kengo Kuma. Private villa suites sit inside ornamental wooden ceilings that soften Kuma's trademark minimalism, and the onsen-style bath complex looks out through floor-to-ceiling glass at the surrounding landscape. Guests tend to own at least one titanium camping mug before they arrive.
