The restaurant sits under a 19th-century glass atrium ceiling said to have come from the Eiffel workshops, which sets the tone for this 62-room boutique hotel across from Toulon's maritime museum. The nautical theme is telegraphed in the name, but the wave motifs and navy palette stay restrained.
