Rank 1. Mar's
Seafood
A curving antique bar with gilded numbers painted on it anchors this dark-paneled Astoria cocktail bar, where the Venetian blinds and shabby-chic worn edges feel less designed and more just right. Oysters share the menu with a well-chosen list of cocktails organized by spirit, which is the kind of small decision that tells you someone actually thought about the room.
