A former wine cellar inside the Torel Palace, seating exactly twelve around a central island where the kitchen plays out in full view. This is a Michelin-starred creative tasting-menu restaurant with French leanings and a Portuguese soul, where the two chefs cook, narrate, and generally keep things moving at whatever pace suits the table. No curtain, no clock, no fixed runtime. The room is theatrical, the menu roams Portugal's larder, and the chefs seem to be having a better time than anywhere their guests have been recently.
