A Chinese bistro in Nishitemma's basement that pairs Sichuan, Cantonese, and Beijing-style cooking with wine from around the world, which sounds like a gimmick until it quietly makes sense. The wagyu stir-fry lets you pick your sauce, and the menu swings wide enough that a good bottle has somewhere to land. The Michelin Guide awarded it a Bib Gourmand, and the room feels priced accordingly: neighborhood-relaxed, never fussy.
