The charcoal grill does a lot of the heavy lifting here, turning out informal Japanese food with a Basque accent that lands more naturally than it sounds. Nigiri, oysters, and hot dishes share the menu with two omakase options if you'd rather hand over the wheel. Sit at the bar and you can order the nigiri-only menu that isn't available anywhere else in the room, which is a reasonable argument for the bar.
