Driftwood and drying herbs hang from the ceiling above a wine wall that spans most of the room, which sets the tone nicely for a Michelin-starred restaurant on Zwolle's prettiest square. Jonnie and Thérèse Boer run the kitchen with a team that leans on local produce and turns out dishes that feel inventive without being theatrical. The terrace overlooks the Nieuwe Markt, and the whole place runs more casual than the star might suggest.
