This seafood restaurant on Zwolle's main square has the feel of a fisherman's hut that got a thoughtful renovation. Vegetables come from the team's own garden, sauces run deep, and fish trimmings get turned into soup rather than the bin. Lunch is à la carte; evenings are set menu only.
