    A 19-room hotel carved out of a magnificent old prison building in Zwolle, where the team behind De Librije added rooms largely so dinner guests wouldn't have to face the drive home. Butlers work the corridors, beds are by Auning, and junior suites add sitting rooms that start to feel genuinely residential. The restaurant access alone makes other hotel dining programs look apologetic.
