    The cheerfully painted shutters and terracotta floors of this Basque farmhouse have been around forever, and the family that runs it kept both when they turned it into a boutique hotel. Rooms are simple and quiet, with white linens and good light, the kind of place where you sleep well and wake up remembering why you came to the Côte Basque. A beach walk and a terrace dinner are the obvious next moves.
