    A 13-room hotel set on five acres of parkland in the hills above Bidart, conceived by two brothers, one a savory chef and one a pastry chef, which explains why the restaurant pulls as hard as the view. The rooms are handsome and modern, the outdoor pool is genuinely peaceful, and the Michelin Guide awarded it a Key. The French Basque country around it does the rest.
