Lunch under the trees on a working winery property in Valle de Guadalupe, at one long communal table or a smaller one off to the side. The kitchen turns out contemporary Mexican plates, birria pizza among them, which sounds like a dare and eats like a plan. The setting is entirely open air, so the vibe follows the weather, which in Baja wine country is usually doing its part. A Michelin Selected restaurant.
