A former 1950s theater turned boutique hotel in Saint-Germain-des-Prés, with interiors by Raphael Navot that layer cream, wood, porcelain, and bamboo into something that feels less like a lobby and more like a very tasteful collector's apartment. Some rooms have balconies over the Paris rooftops, a few with a sliver of Eiffel Tower. Downstairs there's live music three nights a week, and come summer, a rooftop bar with a full 360-degree city view.
