Tucked into a courtyard off Praterstraße, this regional Austrian restaurant has vaulted ceilings and a terrace that fills up the moment the sun cooperates. The menu runs from Wiener schnitzel to Arctic char on beetroot tartare, which is to say it respects tradition without being bored by it. The wine list skews firmly Austrian, and someone on the floor actually knows it, which is less common than it should be.
