    Soft buns stuffed with ingredients sourced almost entirely from Sicilian small producers, this sandwich shop on Piazza Olivella has been running the same game for a while and shows no signs of losing the room. The fillings read like a tour of the island's niche farms: Nebrodi black pork, Sciacca anchovies, Modica chicken. Fresh potato chips on the side, natural wines and craft beers to wash it down.
