    Eight seats at the bar is the whole plan at this intimate contemporary Japanese counter on the second floor in Gangnam, and that tight frame is the point. The chef works in full view, letting the season do most of the talking through dishes that shift with whatever's freshest. Sake from small Japanese breweries fills out the drinks list quietly but seriously. The restaurant holds a Michelin star.
