Haemok
Japanese
The building's blue fence and vaguely fantastical exterior make Haemok easy to spot in Haeundae, and the tatami floor and wood-lined interior keep the mood going once you're inside. It's a casual Japanese rice-bowl spot where the pull is hitsumabushi, the Nagoya-style grilled eel lacquered in a deep, savory sauce and served over rice. Tourists and regulars fill it in roughly equal measure. The Michelin Guide awards it a Bib Gourmand.
