    The courtyard garden is the giveaway: a patch of genuine quiet one block off the Champs-Élysées, in a building that was a private mansion before hotels existed. This Forbes Four Star boutique hotel runs on discretion, antique furniture, marble bathrooms, and staff who anticipate without hovering. Grace Kelly used to haunt these halls. The eighth-floor spa looks out at the Eiffel Tower, which feels almost unfair.
