Hyde Melbourne Place is a 16-story hotel above Flinders Lane where the rooms are individually styled, suites open onto city-facing patios, and the lobby runs video installations the way other lobbies run cable news. Burnt orange, deep green, and velvet blue throughout. The rooftop draws the after-work crowd, and a penthouse that looks borrowed from a film set tops it all off. It holds a Michelin Key.
