    Ispal is a sit-down restaurant on Plaza San Sebastián, a short walk from both Plaza de España and the Alcázar, which makes it the grown-up answer to a day of standing at tapas bars. The tasting menus run ten to fifteen courses and take their time, reworking classic Sevillano dishes with a straight face. Plan on a long lunch or dinner, and leave the sightseeing schedule at the door.
