Kinoshita
Kappo Japanese
Kappo is one of the oldest and most exacting forms of Japanese cooking, and Kinoshita brought it to São Paulo long before the city caught on. It holds a Michelin star and sits in leafy Vila Nova Conceição, its dining rooms threading toward a counter that wraps an open kitchen where the chef works in full view. The omakase is the move, built around sourcing that runs to local scallops and organic eggs you won't find elsewhere.
