Kotori
Japanese
Yōshoku, the old Japanese tradition of reinterpreting Western dishes through an Asian lens, is the engine running this compact Pinheiros restaurant. Chef Thiago Bañares runs a single fixed menu that folds Brazilian ingredients into the framework, so tucupi and local mushrooms end up tasting completely inevitable. The cocktail list and sake selection give you a reasonable excuse to stay longer than planned. It holds a Michelin Bib Gourmand.
