The façade's asymmetrical window, lifted from wabi-sabi philosophy, sets the tone for what's inside: a Japanese-Brazilian restaurant where Amazonian fish meets Korean miso and the chef's years in Ghana quietly show up in the seasoning. The menu runs à la carte or as a counter tasting, with lunch offering a shorter version of the latter. It reads like a thought experiment that somehow tastes coherent.
