    The name comes from Genoese dialect for Genoa itself, and the rustic room leans into that with the conviction of someone who has actually been there. This Italian trattoria in Jardins is Carlos Bertolazzi's project, and the kitchen turns out fresh homemade pasta and focaccia with generous fillings alongside a mandioc gnocchi that nods at Brazil without making a big speech about it. It holds a Michelin Bib Gourmand.
