    A handful of Augustine Sisters still live here, which makes checking into this Old Québec wellness hotel feel like something other than a normal Tuesday. The 17th-century monastery spent nearly four centuries as a convent before becoming a hotel; the former nuns' quarters now hold a mix of period and contemporary rooms, with meditation, holistic treatments, and archives the UNESCO crowd takes seriously.
