    Lokal Fishtown lands somewhere between boutique hotel and vacation rental, which is exactly the pitch. The loft-style apartments run modernist but unpretentious, with hotel bathrooms, apartment kitchens, a cocktail kit stocked and ready, and a curated list of delivery apps for when you can't decide. One unit has garden access, another a deep soaking tub. Fishtown being Fishtown, the bars and restaurants just outside make staying in feel almost wasteful.
