A former industrial building in the 11th, Maison Bréguet is a boutique hotel with a glass-roofed restaurant, a private garden, and, somehow, a full swimming pool tucked into the wellness area. Rooms run compact by design, Paris being Paris, but scale up through suites to a freestanding three-bedroom house with its own garden. The art and the shop both betray the owners' deep connections in the city's creative scene, and nothing feels sourced from a catalog.
