Maymanta
Peruvian
Peruvian restaurant on the 19th floor of the Grand Hyatt Barcelona, with a panoramic terrace that makes the city feel like a side dish. Chef Omar Malpartida works with Mediterranean produce to cook across Peru's coast, mountains, and jungle, so the menu moves from ceviches to grilled dishes to shareable plates without any obvious logic except that it keeps working. The room is designed to evoke a jungle hut, which at this altitude is either absurd or perfect.
