Oryori Amenimomakezu
Japanese
The name comes from a Kenji Miyazawa poem about living for others, unbowed by hardship, and the chef means it. This omakase-only Japanese counter in Nishitemma trained its chef in the izakaya tradition, so an impressive sake list from across Japan anchors the whole thing, with dishes built to pair with it. Fermented seasonings run through the food; the mood stays unfussy and bar-adjacent. The Michelin Guide awarded it a Bib Gourmand.
