Massimo Bottura's three-Michelin-star fine dining restaurant on Via Stella keeps contemporary art on the walls and an Eduardo De Filippo quote at the top of the menu, which tells you something about how seriously the place takes the idea that tradition is a springboard, not a shrine. The tasting menu changes each year around a new theme, with classics like tortellini in Parmigiano broth holding their ground on the à la carte. The World's 50 Best Restaurants gave it its Icon Award in 2025.
