    The menu divides neatly into Thai categories, skewers over live flame at the center, with a Brazilian pantry running quietly underneath. This is a casual, share-everything Thai bar and grill where the chef spent years cooking in Thailand before landing in Jardins. Smoke, acid, and palm sugar do their usual negotiating, but Brazilian ingredients keep things from feeling like a replica. It holds a Michelin Bib Gourmand, and a counter seat with a view of the fire is worth requesting.
