Ramen-ya Toy Box
Noodles
A ramen shop in Higashinippori named after the feeling of opening a toy box, which tells you everything about what the chef is going for. The flagship soy sauce broth blends more than ten varieties of the stuff, a quietly obsessive move that produces something the menu describes as simple happiness. The noodles are old-school, the ambition is not, and the Michelin Guide gave it a Bib Gourmand.
