ReComiendo is a Michelin-starred creative tasting menu restaurant in a quiet residential corner of Córdoba, where the chef builds menus around memory and nostalgia, then works hard to subvert both. Three rotating menus anchor the meal, and the bread cart arrives with more than twenty olive oils, which is either excessive or exactly right.
