Japanese
A Michelin-starred kaiseki restaurant in Osaka's Sonezakishinchi where the meal ends with rice, which tells you something about the chef's priorities. The name means "House of Rice," and the kitchen takes that seriously, closing each dinner with a choice from a list of rice dishes that most restaurants would consider a side thought. Each course keeps the ingredient count low and lets the combinations do the talking.
