A Neapolitan pizza restaurant on the Riviera di Chiaia, a few steps from the waterfront and a world away from tourist-trap pies. The dough here is thin enough that you actually cut it, which in Naples is a quiet statement of intent. The team puts serious effort into sourcing oils and tomatoes, and it shows most clearly in the margherita. The wine list is thoughtful for a pizza place, which is either a nice surprise or exactly what you'd expect from this neighborhood.
