A standup sushi counter in Mita where you order one piece at a time, no ceremony required. The fish and rice are cut generously so each bite fills your mouth the way a good sushi bite should. The chef's wife makes the tamagoyaki, and the running commentary between the two of them makes the place feel less like a restaurant and more like dropping in on people who happen to be very good at this. The Michelin Guide awards it a Bib Gourmand.
