A set-menu Scandinavian restaurant in one of Oslo's glass-and-steel waterfront towers, with an open kitchen and a terrace that earns its keep in summer. The kitchen ages and cures its own hams in-house, and a server slices them tableside, which is either charming or slightly theatrical depending on your mood. Four, five, or eight courses, with cheese and a sharing dessert platter as add-ons. Saturday brunch runs at a more relaxed, sharing-friendly pace.
