The jungle grows right up to the dining room at this open-air contemporary restaurant set along the Tulum coast road. Chef Norman Fenton runs an à la carte menu alongside tasting options, leaning on local seafood and Yucatecan ingredients without making a fuss about it. The setting does most of the talking, all lush canopy and warm wood, and the food is happy to let it.
