Golden has exactly one place on the list so far: The Eddy Taproom & Hotel, honored by Michelin Guide.
-
An old brickworks turned boutique hotel in Golden, where the Denver suburbs give way to the Rockies and people seem genuinely unsure which world they're in. The Eddy Taproom & Hotel has a rooftop patio, firepits, and a full bar attached, so you can debrief after a trail without going far. The Michelin Guide has it among its selected hotels, which tracks for a place that reads more like a well-designed escape than a highway stopover.
