Alliance is a two-Michelin-starred creative restaurant run by two partners, one in the kitchen and one running the room with genuine warmth. The chef builds surprise tasting menus around whatever seasonal produce he's excited about that week, tailored so specifically to each table that the menu almost feels personal. Cosy, quiet, and surprisingly human for this level of cooking.
