French Contemporary
A Franco-Mediterranean bistro where the kitchen works squarely in French technique but sources everything it can from Catalonia: prawns from Palamós, artichokes from Prat, duck and trout from the Pyrenees. Two tasting menus are the only path in, so there's no à la carte hedging. The sommelier co-runs the place, which explains why the wine feels as considered as the food. It's a small room with a focused point of view, and the menu shifts with whatever the season hands over.
