The restaurant shares a building with a boutique hotel in Triana but keeps its own entrance and its own identity, named after the architect who designed the handsome regional-style space. The kitchen updates Andalucian classics with seasonal ingredients, and a Michelin Bib Gourmand reflects the value on offer. Half-plates let you graze widely, and a tasting menu called Alegría is there if you want someone else to make the decisions.
