Casa Rubio
Spanish
Casa Rubio sits right at the Almodóvar gate, the old Roman arch that marks the edge of Córdoba's Jewish quarter, so the location alone does half the work. It's a full sit-down restaurant with a tapas bar attached and a rooftop terrace that looks out over the old city. The kitchen does traditional Andalusian cooking with a careful eye on presentation, and the oxtail stew has been on the menu long enough to earn its own mythology.
