A street stand named for a cab driver whose wife's cochinita pibil recipes pulled him into the food business. The slow-cooked pork gets loaded into Yucatán-style pan francés, finished with pickled onions and a habanero salsa that earns its heat. Tacos and lechón are available too, but the torta is what draws people to the picnic bench on Avenida Kukulkan. Eater named it among the best Tulum restaurants.
