Exquisine
Contemporary Korean
A quiet residential block in Gangnam isn't the obvious address for a Michelin-starred tasting menu, but that tension is sort of the point. The compact dining room runs in black and grey, lit low enough to feel genuinely private, and the kitchen grows some of its own herbs on-site. The chef changes the lunch and dinner menus often, chasing Korean ingredients rather than a fixed idea of what the food should be.
