On the seventh floor of La Samaritaine, this Milan-born seafood restaurant brings its signature Italian coastal cooking to a room where the Seine view does half the work. Refined crudos and pasta built around sea urchin and line-caught fish anchor a menu that takes the ocean seriously. The crowd arrives dressed for the occasion, which at Cheval Blanc means arriving dressed.
