    The vertical garden climbing several stories inside the dining room sets the tone: this is a restaurant that takes its atmosphere as seriously as its menu. Multiple rooms, glass ceilings, and designer touches give Loup the feel of a place you dress up for, while the kitchen roams freely from Portugal to Italy without committing to either. A cocktail in the lounge before sitting down is not a bad idea.
