Andalucian Spanish
A tapas bar and restaurant hybrid steps from the Retiro's Puerta del Niño Jesús, with Andalucian roots running through a contemporary small-plates menu. The tasting menus are called "Lo Que Diga Willy," or What Willy Says, which tells you something about the chef's self-confidence. The gilda, that classic olive-anchovy-pepper tapa, gets its own quiet reinvention here and tends to be the thing people mention on the way out.
