A single-room guesthouse tucked into the storied lanes of Kagurazaka, this restored geisha house keeps tatami tea rooms and an irori hearth company with leather sofas, terrazzo floors, and a cypress-wood bath hung beneath shunga prints. So far, so tasteful. Then a hidden door opens onto a fully soundproofed disco with neon lights and a stocked bar, because of course it does. The Michelin Guide lists it among its selected hotels.
