The chef pulls from French, Italian, and South American training to build a refined, locally sourced menu, and the results earned a Michelin star. Widely spaced tables and concrete floors keep the room grounded while the food goes somewhere else entirely.

Half-pound sandwiches on Jewish rye, a proper Reuben, and homemade cake that sells out before dinner, this is a New York-style Jewish deli doing things the way delis used to. The family operation has earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand, which feels about right for a counter where leaving hungry would require genuine effort. Go early if you want the cake.

The chef spent time training in ramen shops in Japan before bringing the practice back to Salt Lake City, and the bowls at this counter-service ramen shop make that detour feel logical. No reservations, QR code ordering, and nobody minding either, because the chicken broth runs deep and the chashu pork is properly tender. Gyoza hold you over while you wait. The Michelin Guide has it selected, and the room fills fast on cold nights.

Sourdough pies out of a wood-fired oven anchor the menu at this laid-back neighborhood pizza spot, where tall ceilings and a light wood and green palette make it feel like someone actually thought about the room. Park City locals fill it nightly, and the open kitchen is worth watching. Sticky date pudding with salted caramel closes things out on a note that has nothing to do with pizza and no one seems to mind.
